Happy 2017, Everyone! 2016 was a very challenging year for me, personally, but Second Life and my little shopping habit (and my photography hobby) has always been a wonderful distraction when real life gets a little too stressful, and with the latest round of events opening, or opened in the last couple of weeks, it looks like I’ll still have plenty of pretties to ease my worries in 2017, as well.I’m just showcasing a couple of things today from Project Seven, Uber and Tres Chic. Crowthorne, my truly awesome partner and the love of my life, treated me to the new Lelutka Bento head, Simone, so I’ve been having a lot of fun playing with sliders, and loving the new Glam Affair skin available at Uber. I think I have it pretty close to a look that feels like ‘me’, only better. New Year, New Shiloh. 🙂
This new world of Bento mesh is already adding a lot of pleasure to my Second Life, and it’s definitely something I’m eager to explore further.

I’m up extra early on this Sunday morning and it’s all because of Spring. Although, noting that we had 3 inches of snow yesterday and it doesn’t feel like Spring hardly matter, since The Seasons Story opens today and it’s going to be chock full of Spring. I promise! Spring has finally sprung here in the Northeast US, and I couldn’t be more thrilled. For most of us, it was a very long, very cold winter and I’m basking in the warm sunshine pouring through my living room windows right now in RL, and enjoying all of the pretty warm weather fashions in SL. Kiddo Oh has released her Spring line at Dead Dollz and everything is impossible to resist. I love this maxi sundress with it’s semi-bohemian look and it’s summery feel. It can be worn for just about anything, a casual walk in the park with your honey, or dancing the evening away under the stars. All of the items I’m previewing here today are available in several different colors, including this delicate dress.
I’m almost as in love with this flirty cocktail dress, with it’s sleek pencil skirt in front, and loads of eye-catching ruffles in the back. Great for a date night or just to go out on the town, you’re sure to drawn eyes when you’re swishing your bottom around SL.
If you’re more into sexy sophistication, “Knowing You” is the perfect choice. With the option for sheer or opaque lowcut bodice, you can wear it anywhere. You can be innocently flirtatious or daringly sexy, whatever suits your fancy.

Shiny Shabby is one of my favorite events, always chock full of great items from amazing designers. From home decor to hair, skins to poses, fashion to furniture, you’ll find it all. Bauhaus Movement’s Mrs Hill skirt was my major must-have this round. I’m a sucker for anything that gives the appearance of movement, especially in my photos. I have a huge folder in my inventory just for ‘windblown’ hair, for example, and I use them…often! Windblown here is easy to find, but mesh clothing that looks windblown? Not so much. You can imagine how excited I am about these skirts. Sexy and sweeping, they’re available in 6 different colors and I love them all. Bauhaus also has an awesome pose pack available, or they can be purchased individually. I suck at remembering to write down pose names, but this is one in the photo. I’m a pose whore, and I’m pretty picky about poses at this point, but I’ve always been a fan of Bauhaus Movement’s poses, so seeing so many at Shabby Shiny felt like a happy bonus.
I might as well also share that LouLou (the creator behind Bauhaus) also has this lovely two piece mesh collar/necklace which adds a touch of dramatic elegance to your look:

Kiddo Oh is releasing her designs from the Miss Virtual World pageant, and each one is lovely! I’ve chosen my two favorites, and it’s obvious I’m a fan of red gown. Tanquera for Miss V Argentina is Flamenco perfection. It’s boldly dramatic with a high-neck lace top and a flowing ruffled skirt, which allows for plenty of leg room. 🙂 It’s both sexy and sultry and it made my guy drool. What more can you ask for in a dress?

My 2nd favorite is DiamondGem, and it’s slightly dangerous. Full-skirted, but with a sheer bodice, patterned with gold, I was completely vibing The Lady In Red while wearing this gown.
